In this urban renewal project in Shanghai's Hongkou District, our design goals encompass the continuation of the city's historical texture, the creation of waterfront landscapes, and the integration of music culture, demonstrating respect and attention to local culture and the environment.

"Slow Living Diamond Heart" - Continuing the historical texture and spatial scale of the city, opening up new public spaces, linking various urban spatial nodes, intertwining multiple movement lines, exploring the symbiotic relationship between new architectural forms and preserved buildings, and creating a new Shanghai-style area with unique spatial charm.

"Urban Water Town" - Improving the visual connection between the city and water, relying on artistic performances and commercial functions to provide a rich variety of cultural leisure activities and waterfront space experiences, constructing a unique Shanghai-style waterfront leisure area that is suitable for showcasing, enjoying, strolling, and living.

"Artistic Vitality District" - Let art be everywhere. Powered by music creation, performances, and artistic education activities, constructing borderless open communities and diverse and flexible spatial organisms, forming a warm and vibrant new Shanghai-style living experience area.
