The site is located on a north-south axis, starting from the Arts Center in the heart of the CBD and ending at the Science Center. The route follows the lake shore parallel to the driveway.

This road is dotted with different landmarks: art centers, sports centers, libraries, each with its own characteristics. Therefore, the way in which the music center was integrated into this series of buildings - the pavilions - was important. A characteristic feature of the site is the green belt along the lake dotted with iconic buildings.

Therefore, it was important to give the Music Center building a strong connotation while juxtaposing it with the Science Square, and a free form like a circle seemed to us the most suitable for this theme. The circle is formed by a platform 9 meters above the ground, which also has the function of taking visitors to enjoy the magnificent landscape. A system of ramps and stairs provides access to the building and to its various levels. The architecture becomes an integral part of the landscape. The main entrance is located around an internal courtyard, accessible on foot from the square located to the west, and guaranteeing direct street connections to public transport and motor vehicles.

When you arrive at the tree-lined courtyard, it also acts as a transitional space between the city and the architecture, immersing the visitor in the world of music and offering visitors different possibilities to enter the complex's rooms and enter the educational center , or go up to the viewing platform. The platform can enter various functional partitions to provide the needs for independent operation of each area.

It is laid out in a semicircle around a tree-lined courtyard. Different spatial volumes appear in a dynamic space, as flexible and changeable as the rhythm of music. The lowered sail surrounds the different spaces forming a concert hall, multi-purpose hall and chamber music room. There is also an educational center, as well as an open space reserved for special events: outdoor exhibitions, concerts, banquets, seminars, projections, etc. A spacious hall wraps around a tree-lined courtyard, effectively separating the various parts of the building. On the ground floor there are accesses to three different foyers corresponding to three rooms, as well as access to the exhibition area and the education center. From the ground floor, passing through the hall, one can ascend to a mezzanine that leads to the double-height volume on the first floor. Continuing to go up the stairs, you will reach a height of 9 meters, and a new horizon opens up, because the platform brings a new experience, allowing visitors to appreciate the city at different heights. Stepping onto this platform is like returning to an outdoor park, and the building is immersed in the park.
