The conditions for the office layout in this case are a height limit of 60 meters and a floor area ratio of 5. In order to reduce the visual interference between buildings, in crowded conditions, the design adopts five point-shaped buildings staggered in units of about 2,000 square meters. The form of the layout is connected by corridors, the shape changes from square to round, and the overall image is different. The podium is arranged horizontally, contrasting with the vertical shape of the tower, enriching the building's mass relationship. Internally, it strives to maintain commercial continuity and interactivity with the office lobby to create high-end supporting businesses. Two large gardens are used on the west side as centralized entrances for businesses and offices, which increases the interest of the space, and the visibility of the entrance, and improves the quality of the entrance space.

The tower uses vertical lines as the main element, giving the building a solemn and elegant temperament. Add a lively atmosphere through local changes. The facade does not use all glass curtain wall design, but has a large area of solid curtain wall with vertical sun shading, making the building more environmentally friendly and energy-saving. The facade language of the podium adopts different design elements according to the functional requirements, which not only enriches the effect of the building facade but also harmoniously integrates it with the tower facade as a whole.
