The design focuses on the relationship between the new building, the original urban texture, and the existing surrounding buildings. Through the U-shaped architectural form and the organization of the atrium space, a large area of ​​green space for citizens to share leisure is created.


The two floors of the podium connect the two hotels into one. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel uses an X-shaped plane to form the image of two stretched wings. The zigzag-shaped glass windows use a combination of white and transparent glass to form two different light alternations. , highlighting the personality of the facade; the Marriott Marquis Hotel has an L-shaped plane. In order to reduce the repetitive monotony caused by a large number of guest rooms, the facade is separated and emphasized by different heights in the horizontal direction, creating a rhythm, while the vertical louvers are The rotation of the angle creates a subtle transition between reality and reality, which is elegant yet lively.

The west facade is the main facade facing the street. The tower and podium form a U-shaped frame. Several solid walls in the middle are like blooming petals, passing through the horizontal lines of the roofs of the group of houses. They are graceful and graceful and have become the symbol of the hotel.
