The Jiuzhou Cluster Core Area is situated west of Beijing's new airport, serving as a gateway to the capital. To the north, the S6 intercity high-speed rail station provides direct access to both of Beijing's airports. Langfang Metro connects the core area to the Langfang Station of the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway, ensuring exceptional accessibility by air and land, for both passenger and freight transport over short, medium, and long distances.
The area holds strong potential for industries driven by exhibition business and healthcare. With exhibition and medical services as its core functions, it will be supported by complementary facilities including commercial offices, hotels, apartments, wellness and recreation (parks), and shopping centers. The zone in front of the intercity high-speed rail station is currently non-urban development land, with the long-term potential to expand into health, medical, and wellness-oriented functions.
The urban spatial framework is structured around a pedestrian green axis, which runs continuously through urban green spaces, metro and bus nodes, and major exhibition pedestrian flows, forming a cohesive, pleasant, and comfortable walking environment. Circulation design prioritizes high accessibility, seamless public transport integration, and clear separation of pedestrian and logistics routes to avoid interference.
The urban layout is defined by a clear structure where functional zones complement each other yet remain distinct, blending open and dense areas with abundant greenery throughout.
Within the exhibition district, landmark office buildings of varying heights create a distinctive skyline, while the exhibition halls are designed for efficiency and flexibility. Comprehensive supporting urban facilities—including medical services, apartments, and offices—are arranged on the eastern and western sides of the exhibition zone.
